Dental Assistant Career Training Classes to Meet High Community Demands
ST. LOUIS (November 8, 2010) – Everest College recently added a new Dental Assistant program at its St. Louis campus to meet workforce demands. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, this industry is projected to grow by 36 percent between 2008 and 2018. Students can now receive hands-on dental assistant training, which includes basic dental sciences, proficiency in laboratory and clinical skills, and practical experience.
Everest College - St. Louis Now Offers Pharmacy Technician Training
Everest College is now offering Pharmacy Technician Program at its St. Louis, Missouri campus. The new Pharmacy Technician training program takes eight months to complete and entails extensive laboratory experience as well as instruction in pharmacy administration, pharmaceutical calculations, anatomy and physiology, digestive and respiratory reproductive systems, nutrition, medical terminology, pharmacology and health care systems.
