Liliana Moreno teaches Criminal Investigation classes and directs a local DNA Laboratory in Miami. A recognized expert in her field, Liliana regularly writes articles for publication in scientific journals.With her expertise, she also consults with law enforcement agencies and serves as an expert witness in court cases.
