Everest College Merrillville hosted a free public health fair.
Students in practical nursing, medical assisting and the massage therapy programs participated in the event. Approximately 100 people received free health information, blood pressure screening, blood glucose checks and body fat index ratings.
Massage therapy students gave chair massages to happy recipients.
The Health Fair gave the public the opportunity to learn about the programs at the college.
