Beyond the basic nursing skills, the opportunity exists for our students to develop management strategies and become leaders in the nursing profession. There aren't many dull moments in the day-in-a-life of those who practice in this profession.  As with nursing, the health care industry can often be fast-paced, and generally requires individuals to have a lot of stamina.
