Everest College Participates In Everybody Deserves A Massage Week
Posted Thursday, Jul 21, 2011 by
Students at Everest College’s Colorado Springs campus – one of Colorado’s leading career colleges – are participating in Everybody Deserves a Massage Week, July 17-23, sponsored by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
Everest College instructors and students, in training to be licensed massage therapists (LMTs), are joining massage therapists and bodyworkers nationwide who are lending their hearts and hands to raise awareness of the benefits of massage, bodywork and somatic therapies. For a recommended donation of $15, you will receive a one-hour massage. All proceeds will benefit SET Family Medical Clinics, a local nonprofit organization that provides free and low-cost health care for the uninsured and under-insured. There are still a couple days left to take advantage – see below for details.
